Refund and Returns Policy
At Olevs Clock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our refund and returns process, in compliance with the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. Consumer Rights (Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods)
If a product you bought from Olevs Clock is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the following rights:

After 30 days and up to 6 months after receipt: You do not have the right to an immediate full refund. Instead, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible, or if the repair attempt fails, or if the first replacement also turns out to be faulty, then you will be entitled to a refund (which may be reduced to account for any use you've had of the product).

After 6 months of receipt: You will need to prove that the fault existed at the time of purchase.
2. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period for Online/Distance Purchases)
For purchases made online or at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason, within a 14-day "cooling-off period."

Period Start: The 14-day period begins from the day you receive your product(s). If your order is delivered in multiple parts, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last part.

Notification of Cancellation: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to

Returning Goods: After notifying us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Condition of Goods: Goods must be returned in "as new" condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by any unnecessary handling by you.

Return Costs: If you cancel an order under the cooling-off period, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund: We will process the full refund (including standard original delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back.
3. Returns Process
To initiate a return (whether for faulty goods or cancellation):

4. Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:

Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
